Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location where the possession, use, or sale of THCA containing products is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order complies with all laws of your jurisdiction before placing an order.
Several states have imposed restrictions or outright bans on hemp flower or THCA products. Shipping THCA to these states is NOT permitted:

- Minnesota
- Nevada
- Oregon
- Rhode Island
- Vermont
The hemp we provide is compliant with federal law and the laws of the state in which it was cultivated. It has been tested for delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentrations. The laboratory’s certificate of analysis (COA) is available in the description of each product. As you will see, the delta-9 THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3%, which is the limit set by the Agricultural Act of 2014 (commonly known as the “2014 Farm Bill”) and the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (commonly known as the “2018 Farm Bill”).
