Online Loyalty Program

Use your email to log in when you shop to earn Loyalty Rewards! 

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (non tax) - Earn a $20 reward at 300 points! Rewards can accumulate and be spent in $20 increments.

Where and how do I Log in? 

At the top right of your screen there is an "Account" Icon.

Enter your email address to be emailed a passcode. Once you've retrieved your passcode from your inbox and entered into it the prompt, you'll be directed to a page where you can view your orders. Select "Shop" at the top of the screen to be redirected back to our homepage.

How do I view my rewards balance?

On the bottom left of your screen there is a "Rewards" button. (you'll need to be logged in either by using the Account icon at the top or clicking "Sign In" from the Rewards pop up.

How do I redeem my Loyalty Rewards?

From the "Rewards" Pop Up you'll see your balance and at 300 points a "Redeem" button will become available. When you select "Redeem" a discount code will be generated for you to be able to copy and paste into the "Discount" section at checkout!

Can I use my In Store Loyalty Account/Reward on Jheartcbd.com?

No. At this time our loyalty programs for online and in store shopping are separate.
