What Is It?

HD9 is a fully federal legal and Texas DSHS Compliant Hemp Derived cannabinoid oil containing D9 THC, CBD, and CBC diluted with organic MCT oil. Naturally produced and purified cannabinoids CO2 extracted from organic hemp. 

How's It Legal?

HD9 contains hemp derived THC at a .25% concentration (12.5mg per 5g by wt). This is below the allowable .3% limit set by the 2019 Federal Farm Bill and HB1325 Texas DSHS regulations. Rather than adding THC, we remove excess CBD to lower it it's content to follow the THC and CBC concentrations naturally present in our USDA certified organic hemp. This product is legal in Texas and 2018 Federal Farm Bill compliant states.

Concentration VS Dose

They leave the legal amount of THC and remove the rest of cannabinoids except for specific amounts of CBC and CBD and make sure the oil weighs more to keep under .3%.
